Apple Crepes Recipe / Crepes Filled With Apples
Apple crepes are delicious apple stuffed pancakes and crispy fried. It is a very easy and simple recipe which can be prepared in less time. Kids will really love this recipe. In this recipe apple pieces are cooked, then stuffed and fried.
Apples are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids and dietary fiber. Apples are useful in treating anemia since apples are a rich source of iron.
Try this Yummy Apple Crepes at home.
- Apple - 2 nos
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Maida - 1 cup
- Egg - 1 nos
- Water - 100 ml
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Coconut oil - 5 tbsp
Take a bowl add maida, egg, water, salt and knead well to make a soft dough. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Clean and remove the skin of the apples and chop them into small pieces.
Heat butter in a non stick pan and add chopped apple pieces, sugar, cinnamon powder, lemon juice. Cook the apples on low flame for about 15 minutes. Apple filling is ready.
By using the dough, make small sized balls (lemon sized). Roll this balls in the shape of chapatis.
Place apple filling at the center of chapati and fold both the sides and the ends, use little water to glue them.
Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the apple stuffed chapati. Flip over and fry the other side too. Switch off the flame.
Tasty Apple Crepes is ready. Decorate with tutti frutti.
