Apple milkshake add on the nutrition content as fresh milk is also a main ingredient in milkshake recipe. You can utilize this recipe to feed a very nutritious item to your kids with a sweet blend!!


  • Apple (Remove the skin and seeds and cut into cubes) - 1
  • Full cream fresh milk - 3/4 glass
  • Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
  • Sugar to taste


Step 1

First boil the fresh milk and keep in the fridge so that the milk is chilled.

Step 2

Blend the apple, chilled milk, cardamom powder and sugar in a blender. Delicious, yummy, simple & easy apple milkshake is ready to drink.
