Banana Coconut Sweet Roll – Healthy & Tasty Kerala Easy Snack Recipe

Ingredients

  • Ripe banana - 2 nos (Cut into thin slices)
  • Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
  • Coconut grated - 1/4 cup
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Cashewnut - 2 tbsp grated
  • Raisins - 2 tbsp grated
  • Cardamom powder - 2 pinch
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - a pinch

Method

Step 1

To a hot pan add coconut oil and fry the banana pieces on a medium flame. once banana is fried keep it aside.

Step 2

Into the remaining coconut oil, add ghee and roast the cashewnut, raisins and grated coconut until all items turn brown.

Step 3

Then switch off flame and add Cardamom powder, sugar and salt.

Step 4

Place the filling on the banana pieces and spread all over it.

Step 5

Roll each piece along with the fillings one by one and serve hot.
