Black Tea with mint leaves – الشاي السليماني

Black tea with mint is good for the stomach and digestion after a heavy meal. After eating Arabic food or Biriyani we never miss one hot black tea with mint – Sulaimani.

Mint has lot of medicinal power. It helps relieve symptoms of indigestion, heartburn and irritable bowel syndrome by relaxing the muscles in and around the intestine. Mint can help clear up skin disorders and provides a cooling sensation to the skin and can help to treat minor burns, itching and skin irritations.
