Thattukada chicken fry is a spicy and delicious dish. It is very easy to prepare.
- Chicken - 500gm (small pieces)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Chopped green chilly - 3 nos
- Tomato - 1
- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 tsp
- Mint leaves - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Coconut oil - 1 cup
- Rice powder - 1/2 cup
Mix red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilly, tomato, mint leaves, salt and coriander leaves in a grinder and make a smooth paste.
Add rice powder and chicken pieces into this paste. Marinate this mixture for 15 minutes.
Heat coconut oil in a pan, fry the chicken pieces for 5 minutes. Thattukada chicken fry is ready to be served.
