Chilly Sausage is a version of chilly chicken.

Fried chicken sausage is cooked in thick gravy. Chilly Sausage really goes well with chappathi or noodles.

Ingredients

  • Chicken sausage - 4 nos (cut into pieces)
  • Onion - 2 nos (chopped)
  • Garlic - 2 clove (chopped)
  • Tomato sauce - 4 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Sunflower oil - 3 tsp
  • Capsicum - 1 (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Celery
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilly - 3 nos (chopped)
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
  • Water - 2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Cut the sausage into small pieces. In a bowl make a thick paste of corn flour and little water.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add the sausage and saute till they turn brown. Add garlic, green chilly, capsicum, onion, chilly powder and saute well.

Step 3

Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, pepper powder and mix well. Finally add corn flour paste into the mixture.

Step 4

Chilly sausage is ready.

Step 5

Serve hot after garnishing with celery. Enjoy!!!
