Crispy Chicken Pakora (Pakoda) – Simple Homemade Recipe
Crispy Chicken Pakora / Pakoda is a crunchy snack which is served as an appetizer along with a variety of sauces. It is a quick and simple Indian fried chicken recipe. Try out this hottest starter at your home.

- Bone Less Chicken - 250 gm (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 11/2 tsp
- Green Chilly - 2 nos (chopped)
- Kashmiri Chilly Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (chopped)
- Onion - 1 no (chopped)
- Curd - 3 tbsp
- Besan / Kadala Mavu - 1/4 cup
- Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds - 2 pinches
- Cumin Seeds - 2 pinches
- Sunflower Oil - 3 cup
- Water - 3 tsp
- Salt to taste
Clean and cut the chicken into small pieces.
Take a bowl and add 1 tsp of kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, coriander leaves, onion, salt and mix well.
Add chicken pieces into it and mix well. Set aside for 2 hours or a minimum of 30 minutes.
Take another bowl and add kadala mavu, 1/2 tsp of kashmiri chilly powder, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, corn flour, salt, 3 tsp of water and mix well.
Add marinated chicken pieces into it and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry chicken pieces until crispy.
Tasty Crispy Chicken Pakoras is ready.
Serve delicious chicken pakoras with ketchup.
