- Cucumber - 2 Nos
- Lime Juice - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 small piece
- Water - 250 ml
- Sugar - 4 tsp
- Ice cubes - 3 nos
Wash and peel off cucumber skin. Cut the cucumber into small pieces.
Remove the skin of the ginger and clean with water. Cut the ginger into small pieces.
Take a blender and add cucumber pieces, lime juice, ginger pieces, sugar and water. Blend it for 3 minutes.
Strain the juice with a strainer and pour the juice into a glass and add ice cubes.
Tasty Cucumber Juice is ready. Serve chilled.
