Dates Milkshake is one of healthiest shake when compared to other shakes. Dates Milkshake is a super easy shake recipe that can be prepared within 10 minutes.

Dates are rich source of protein, fiber and rich in vitamin B1, B2, B3 and B5, Vitamin A1 and C. Since they contain natural sugars, they can be substituted to sugar in preparing the other milkshakes.

  • Dates - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 4 tsp
  • Chilled milk - 2 cup


Step 1

Remove seeds and wash dates.

Step 2

Soak the dates in some warm water till they are soft.

Step 3

To make the milkshake, add soaked dates, chilled milk and sugar to the blender and blend it for 3 minutes.

Step 4
