An easy fruit salad is everyone’s choice. The fruit salad with watermelon and grapes is very simple. The beauty is it’s presentation on a unique shape in watermelons rind.
Speaking about the nutrition facts watermelon is filled with 92% water.
However it’s filled with vitamins, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, choline, lycopene and betaine. Studies says that watermelon helps prevent Asthma & can control hypertension.
Coming back to the presentation, this salad is perfect to create a Christmas festive mood to your dinner/lunch parties.

Ingredients
Rinse grapes with water. Using a star shape cutter, shape watermelon into star shape.
Place some grapes first in watermelon rind. On top of grapes place star shape watermelon. This will give an elicited look to star shaped watermelon.
Place some more grapes on top. Beautiful watermelon & grape fresh fruit salad is ready to serve.
