Fruit chaat is one the easiest and quickest salad with watermelon, apple, mango, grapes, banana. Eating fruits and vegetables daily is considered sufficient for good health. This is a bright, colorful and refreshing fruit chaat.
Fruits are sources of many essential nutrients that are under consumed, including potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and folic acid. Common fruits like apples, grapes can help lower cholesterol, reduce cancer risk, get rid of body fat. Fruits are not only delicious but healthy too. Rich in vitamins A and C, plus folate and other essential nutrients, they may help prevent heart disease and stroke, control blood pressure and cholesterol, prevent some types of cancer and guard against vision loss.

- Watermelon - 200 gm ( chopped )
- Papaya - 200 gm ( chopped )
- Apple - 100 gm ( chopped )
- Ripe mango - 200 gm
- Ripe banana - 100 gm
- Pomegranate seeds - 100 gm
- Grapes green -100 gm
- Grapes black - 100 gm
- Orange - 2 nos
- Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds powder - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Mint leaves - 2 tbsp ( chopped )
- Salt - a pinch
Clean and cut the fruits.
In a bowl add chopped water melon, papaya pieces, apple pieces, grapes, pomegranate seeds, banana, mango, finely chopped mint, chaat masala, lime juice, cumin seeds powder, black pepper and salt. Mix well with a spoon.
Yummy Fruit Chaat is ready.
