Maggi Noodle Omelette Recipe – Quick And Easy Omelette
Maggi noodle omelette is an easy dinner option that is healthy and filling. This is easy to make and healthy dish.
Maggi seems to be just that perfect quick-snack between meals and is so easy to make that kids sometime make it alone.
Eggs are a very good source of inexpensive, high quality protein. More than half the protein of an egg is found in the egg white along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fat and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper.
Try this tasty recipe at home.
- Maggi noodles packet with taste maker - 1 nos
- Eggs - 4 nos
- Onions - 40 gm ( chopped )
- Capsicum - 30 gm ( chopped )
- Green chilly - 3 nos ( chopped )
- Garlic - 2 cloves ( chopped )
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp ( chopped )
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Boil 1 1/2 cups of water in a pan, add the maggi noodles and cook on a medium flame for 7 minutes. Drain the excess water and keep aside.
Take a bowl and beat eggs together with salt and pepper. Add chopped capsicum, Green chilly, garlic, coriander leaves, onion and maggi masala. Mix well with a spoon.
Add boiled maggi noodles and mix again.
Heat 1 tbsp of butter on a pan, pour the batter on the pan and spread this batter.
Cook on a medium heat, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
Switch off the flame.
Tasty Maggi Noodle Omelette is ready.
