Mushroom Shaped Deviled Eggs Recipe is an Easter Special Recipe. Easter is a time for eggs. This brightly colored eggs will really adore your dine table. It can be served with breakfast or dinner as side dish. The white Cheesy dots on red tomatoes on hard boiled eggs makes it look like a red mushroom.
Egg is a wonderful ingredient which can be experimented in many ways. The combination of yolk, pepper, paprika, cheese stuffing makes it more delicious. We all know eggs are a good source of protein. It is tasty and very healthy for kids.

- Hard boiled eggs - 3 nos
- Tomato - 3 nos
- Cream cheese - 1 tbsp
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Hot paprika - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Boil and peel the eggs.
Cut a thinner slice off each eggs at the wider end to ensure a stable base for the egg.
Cut a thicker slice off each eggs at the narrow end and carefully scoop the yolks out from the eggs.
Take a bowl add egg yolks, cream cheese, sour cream, hot paprika and salt. Mix well using a fork.
Place the hollow eggs standing and fill them with the mixture.
Slice the tomatoes in two and place their bottom half on top of the eggs.
Decorate the tomatoes with some sour cream as dots.
Mushroom Shaped Deviled Eggs are ready to serve.
