  • Pumpkin cut into cubes - 250 gm
  • Cold milk - 1 1/2 glass
  • Water - 1/2 glass
  • Ice cubes (if you like chilled milkshake)


Step 1

Cook 250 grams of pumpkin in 1/2 glass of water.

Step 2

Once pumpkin is cooked and soft, allow this to cool.

Step 3

Grind the cooked pumpkin with milk in a blender.

Step 4

No Sugar Pumpkin Milk Shake is ready to serve with ice cubes on top!
