Omlet Recipe / Omelette Recipe
Egg Omelet is one of the fastest, simplest and easiest recipe any one can make. This dish can be a breakfast item, lunch item & dinner item. Goes well with various breads, chapathi, paratta and steamed rice.
Eggs are highly nutritious. Eggs contains good amount of vitamins and minerals. They are rich source of quality proteins.
Try this simple recipe!!
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green Chilli chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Mix well all ingredients together.
Heat oil in a non stick pan. Pour the egg mixture into hot pan and cook omelet on one side well.
Once one side is cooked flip the omelet to another side and allow to cook for 1 more minute.
Now switch off the flame and serve hot omelet with bread or rice.
