Tip to fast-track your cooking: when you are free, fry cashew nuts and keep in tight container so that you can use them when required.

Ingredients

  • Podiyari kanji - 2 cups
  • Fresh milk - 1 cup
  • Sweetend condensed milk (Milk Made) - 1/2 cup
  • Milma Ghee
  • Fried cashew nuts - 10 nos

Method

Step 1

Boil podiyari kanji in milk along with sweetend condensed milk for 10 minutes or until payasam have the required consistency

Step 2

Add ghee and cashew nut for garnishing.

Step 3

Serve hot.
