Mutta roast – Spicy Egg Roast Recipe
Super easy Egg Roast recipe!! It is spicy and yummy. It goes very well with Appam (rice bread-like dish) and Putt. It is also a great accompaniment for chapatti, Paratta, boiled rice etc
Ingredients
Heat oil in a pan and splitter mustard seeds. Then add onion and sauté well. Once onions are sautéd well add tomato, green chilli and curry leaves. When the above ingredients become a thick paste add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Stir for 2 more minutes and add 1/4 cup water and allow the curry to boil. To this add boiled eggs (you can add egg piece or full egg) and cook for 5 minutes so that the water evaporates and curry becomes your desired consistency. The spicy and easy egg roast cooking is completed. Then switch of the flame. Tip: For extra flavour, Switch of the flame and add 1 spoon of coconut oil and sprinkle some curry leaves on top. Serve hot.Method
