Banana smoothie is a nutritious & refreshing yummy drink that is very easy to make.
Banana Smoothie is just perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack or for serving kids. You can even make this ahead of time, freeze it and save for later.
With regards to Bananas nutrient values, they are rich source of potassium, minerals that has been linked to maintain normal blood pressure and heart function. Bananas can provide relief for constipation and help normalize digestive function. Bananas are a great source of vitamin B6, which plays a roll in the production of antibodies to fight off disease.
Ingredients
- Bananas - 2 nos
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 3 tsp
- Vanilla ice cream - 2 cup
- Almonds - 5 nos
- Ice Cubes - 3 nos
Method
Step 1
Put chopped bananas in a blender and blend it for 3 minutes. Add half a cup of milk to the blender along with crushed ice.
Step 2
Put vanilla ice cream, sugar and chopped almonds into it and blend for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Take a glass and pour this smoothie into it and decorate with one scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Step 4
Tasty banana smoothie is ready to be served. Enjoy!!!
