- Pineapple - 100 gm
- Tomato - 100 gm
- Cucumber - 100 gm
- Onion - 50 gm
- Mint leaves - 1 tsp ( chopped )
- Green chilly - 1 nos
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Wash and chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
Add the chopped pineapple, tomato, onion, cucumber, green chilly and mint leaves into a large salad mixing bowl.
