Broccoli Nuggets Recipe – Healthy Snack Recipe

Ingredients
- Chopped Broccoli - 2 cup
- Potato boiled and smashed - 1 cup
- Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
- Green Chilli - 3 nos
- Chopped nuts of your choice - 3 tbsp
- Chopped raisins - 1 tbsp
- Curry Masala - 1 tbsp
(I have used Easten meat masala here. You can use masala of your choice) - Salt to taste
- To make nuggets:
3 tbsp flour mixed in water to make a loose batter - Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Oil for frying
Method
Step 1
Boil broccoli & finely chop broccoli using a food processor.
Step 2
Heat a pan and sort finely chopped onion, green chilli, boiled and smashed potato and mix the boiled broccoli.
Step 3
Add chopped nuts of your choice (3 tbsp) & 1 tbsp chopped raisins. (This is a tip to make tasty nuggets which gives a crunchy, sweet flavor)
Step 4
Add some curry masala and mix well. Check salt!!!
Step 5
Make desired shapes of nuggets, dip in flour batter and then roll in bread crumbs.
Step 6
Broccoli Nuggets are ready to fry in oil and enjoy eating...
