As per Wikipedia.com, Potato is the world’s fourth-largest food crop, following rice, wheat and maize. In terms of nutrition, Potato is best known for its carbohydrate content (approximately 26 grams in a medium potato). The predominant form of this carbohydrate is starch.
- 1 big Potato
- Salt to taste
- 5 tbsp butter
Peel the skin and boil the full potato.
Once cooked, slice the potato into round shapes of 1 inch size.
Heat oil in a pan and melt butter.
Fry both sides of potato in this butter under low flame.
Serve hot butter fried potato with sausage and onion.
