Cabbage and Orange Salad Recipe – Simple & Healthy Salad

Tryout this quick and simple salad at your home.
- Purple cabbage - 100 gm
- Green cabbage - 100 gm
- Orange - 1 no ( peeled and sliced )
- Cherry tomatoes - 5 nos ( halved )
- Parsley leaves - 2 tbsp ( chopped )
- Olive oil - 1 tsp
- Orange zest - 1 tsp
- Orange juice - 1 tbsp
- Ginger juice - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cashew nuts - 5 nos ( roasted )
Clean the green cabbage, purple cabbage and slice it thinly.
Take a mixing bowl and add sliced purple cabbage, green cabbage, orange, halved cherry tomatoes and roasted cashew nuts.
Take a glass jar and add olive oil, orange zest, ginger juice, orange juice and salt. Mix well with a spoon.
Pour this over the vegetable mixture and mix well.
Chill for 10 minutes.
Tasty Cabbage and Orange Salad is ready.
