Carrot Dates Cake without oven – Easy Cake Recipe

Carrot Dates Cake is an easy Cake Recipe: Everyone loves cakes. So how about making a tasty cake with dates and carrots?

Dates are enriched with high fibres and anti-oxidants. Carrots are enriched with calcium and vitamin A, C and K. Here we are going to share a simple cake recipe without an oven.

The cake has dark colour due to the dates in it. However, the cake is super moist and slightly chewy

Ingredients

  • All purpose flour- 2cups
  • Egg-3
  • Sugar- as needed
  • Dates-10
  • Grated carrot-1carrot
  • Reisin-as needed
  • Nuts-as needed
  • Salt- A pinch
  • Sunflower oil-1/4cup
  • Ghee-1 tspn

Method

Step 1

1)Take flour and egg in a mixie jar and finely blend it well.

Step 2

2)Add sugar,dates,grated carrot and salt into it and just blend it.Please dont blend too high this time.

Step 3

3)Add crushed nuts and reisins into this.Also add oil and mix it well.You can reduce/increase the quantity of oil depending the mixture's consisteny.

Step 4

4)Heat a pan in a stove and brush some ghee into it.

Step 5

5)Pour the mixture into the pan and cook it for 15 minutes in a medium flame.Your yummy cake is ready.
