Ingredients
- Chicken Sausage (Chicken Franks) - 4 nos
- Potato - 1 cup (boiled and mashed)
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Fennel Seed Powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red Food Colour - 3 pinch (optional)
- Vegetable Oil - 1 cup (for frying)
- For Garnishing:-
- Curry leaves - 25 nos
Method
Step 1
Defrost chicken sausage and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and cook chicken sausage for 5 minutes.
Step 3
To the chicken sausage add chilli powder, fennel seed powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Sauté this for 30 seconds.
Step 4
To the above mixture add mashed potato and mix well.
Step 5
At this stage add salt as required and red food colour (optional).
Step 6
Allow the mixture to cool.
Step 7
Once the mixture is cooled, with hands make small balls of chicken franks 65 / chicken sausage 65.
Step 8
Heat 1 cup oil in a thick bottomed pan and fry the chicken franks balls / chicken sausage balls .
Step 9
For special Indian flavor fry curry leaves along with chicken franks balls / chicken sausage balls.
Step 10
Now tasty & crispy chicken franks 65 / chicken sausage 65 is ready to serve.
