Ingredients
Defrost chicken sausage and cut into small cubes. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and cook chicken sausage for 5 minutes. To the chicken sausage add chilli powder, fennel seed powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Sauté this for 30 seconds. To the above mixture add mashed potato and mix well. At this stage add salt as required and red food colour (optional). Allow the mixture to cool. Once the mixture is cooled, with hands make small balls of chicken franks 65 / chicken sausage 65. Heat 1 cup oil in a thick bottomed pan and fry the chicken franks balls / chicken sausage balls . For special Indian flavor fry curry leaves along with chicken franks balls / chicken sausage balls. Now tasty & crispy chicken franks 65 / chicken sausage 65 is ready to serve. Garnish with fried curry leaves and enjoy chicken franks 65 / chicken sausage 65!Method
