Ingredients
- Sliced Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
- Maida - 2 tbsp
- Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Dark Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- Chopped Celery - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Spring Onion - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Ginger and Garlic - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 2 nos
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Vegetable Oil - 4 tbsp
- Green Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Green Chilli - 5 nos
- Chopped Capsicum - 1
- Salt
Method
Step 1
Marinate the chicken with corn flour, maida, salt, ginger garlic paste, egg, and pepper powder.
Step 2
Heat a kadai pour some oil shallow fry the chicken for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a pan add some oil put chopped ginger, garlic, onion, capsicum, green chilli and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, shallow fried chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle with copped celery and spring onion. Dish is ready. Serve hot.
