Ingredients

  • Chicken: - 500 g (cut into small sized pieces)
  • Fresh pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Curd - 4 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 t sp
  • Curry leaves - 3 string (chopped)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coconut oil - 4 cup
  • Mint leaves - few (chopped)
  • Corn flour - 2 tsp

Method

Step 1

Cut the chicken into small cubes.

Step 2

Marinate the chicken pieces with chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, salt, fresh pepper powder, curd,chopped mint leaves and chopped curry leaves. Mix very well. Keep aside for 1 hour.

Step 3

Heat coconut oil in a pan. Fry the chicken pieces until it become crispy.

Step 4

Tasty crispy chicken fry is ready.
