Ingredients
- Marie biscuit - 1 packet
- Ripe dates - 300 gm
- Sugar - 1 cup ( 100 gm )
- Butter - 125 gm
Method
Step 1
Remove the seed from dates. Chop the dates into small pieces.
Step 2
Break the biscuit into small pieces.
Step 3
Heat butter in a pan and add sugar to the melted butter. Heat it for 3 minutes on a low flame.
Step 4
Add dates into it and stir for 5 minutes. Add biscuits and mix them well. Keep mixing on low flame and combine well. Switch off the flame.
Step 5
Take a plastic paper and put the date’s mixture into it and make cylindrical shapes. Refrigerate it for about 25 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the fridge and keep it outside for 5 minutes. Use a sharp knife and cut into round shape.
Step 7
Tasty Dates Biscuit Roll is ready.
