Easy Chana Masala Roast Recipe – White Chana is a rich source of vitamins, minerals and fibers.
Chana roast is a very tasty evening snack and people of all ages will love it.
Chana masala roast tastes hot and spicy and goes well with rice, roti, poori or bhature. Try out this easy recipe!
- White Chana – 500 gm
- Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
- Garlic Paste - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper Powder – 3 teaspoon
- Salt - As per required
- Coriander Leaves - A few
- Curry Leaves - A few
- Tomato Sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Soya Sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil – 2 teaspoon
- Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Boil the soaked chana in 2 glass of water in pressure cooker. Wait for three whistles.
Heat a pan & pour the coconut oil. When the oil turns hot, add mustards. Add finely chopped onions, garlic paste and salt. Saute until this become light golden brown color.
Add cooked chana into this. Then add pepper powder according to each one’s taste, tomato sauce, soya sauce and mix it well.
Finally add coriander and curry leaves. Tasty Chana masala roast is ready
