Ingredients
- White Chana – 500 gm
- Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
- Garlic Paste - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper Powder – 3 teaspoon
- Salt - As per required
- Coriander Leaves - A few
- Curry Leaves - A few
- Tomato Sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Soya Sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil – 2 teaspoon
- Mustard – 1 teaspoon
Method
Step 1
Boil the soaked chana in 2 glass of water in pressure cooker. Wait for three whistles.
Step 2
Heat a pan & pour the coconut oil. When the oil turns hot, add mustards. Add finely chopped onions, garlic paste and salt. Saute until this become light golden brown color.
Step 3
Add cooked chana into this. Then add pepper powder according to each one’s taste, tomato sauce, soya sauce and mix it well.
Step 4
Finally add coriander and curry leaves. Tasty Chana masala roast is ready
