- Egg Fruit - 1 no
- Chilled milk - 200 ml
- Sugar - 4 tsp
- Vanilla essence - 2 drop
Method
Step 1
Peel off the skin of egg fruit.
Step 2
In a blender, add egg fruit flesh, chilled milk, sugar, vanilla essence and blend until it is smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Pour shake into serving glasses.
