Fish Curry Recipe

Fish Curry Recipe

Fish Curry is a delicious curry that combines the rich flavours and taste of exotic spices of the Indian coastline. I used Ayala/Mackerel for making this curry. For this curry, I am using Eastern Fish Masala. This fish curry is very simple and easy to make. For making this curry I used Gambooge ( Kudamppuli ).

Fish contains lots of vitamins, minerals, calcium and other health benefits. It is low in fat and high in vitamins, proteins, calcium etc. Mackerel is one of the very few natural sources containing good amounts of vitamin D that is known to up the survival chances of bowel cancer patients. Fish oil found in mackerel helps lower your bad cholesterol particles, and increase your good cholesterol levels. Mackerel is loaded with lots of vitamins, including vitamin B 3, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B 12, vitamin K, and vitamin E.
