French Toast With Mango Sauce is a simple, quick and delicious evening snack that everyone will love. French toast is more commonly known as Bread Roast in Kerala. French toast means bread dipped in a mixture of beaten egg, milk and fried on both sides. French toast is world popular breakfast.
Mangoes are very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. They are also an excellent source of dietary fiber and vitamin B6, as well as a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C. They are rich in minerals like potassium, magnesium and copper. Mangoes are rich in iron, which makes them beneficial for people suffering from anemia.

Try out this yummy French toast at home.
- Bread slices - 4 nos
- Egg - 1 no
- Mango - 1 no
- Orange juice - 4 tbsp
- Butter - 4 tbsp
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
- Milk - 50 ml
Clean and remove the skin of the mango and chop them into small pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a non stick pan and add chopped mango pieces, 2 tbsp of sugar, cinnamon powder, orange juice. Cook the mango on low flame for about 10 minutes. Switch off the flame. Mango sauce is ready.
Take a bowl and add milk, egg, sugar and mix well.
Heat a pan and melt butter over medium heat.
Dip both sides of the bread in the egg, milk mixture and place it on the pan.
Fry the bread pieces on a low flame till both sides are brown. Switch off the flame.
Top the french toast with the mango sauce and serve.
