Ingredients
Take a bowl and add the chicken pieces, chopped onion, chopped green chilly, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, coriander leaves, vinegar, cashew nuts and salt. Grind these into a thick paste with mixer. Add salt, bread crumbs and beaten egg and mix well with your hands. If its very sticky add more bread crumbs to adjust. Refrigerate this mix at least for half an hour. Now make the shapes of kababs with this mix. Heat oil a pan and fry the kababs. Tasty fried chicken kabab is ready. Serve hot kabab with tomato sauce.
