Fried Chicken Kabab – Quick & Easy Snack Recipe

Fried Chicken Kabab / Kebab ചിക്കൻ കബാബ് is a very delicious and easy to make evening snack recipe.

Kebab (also kebap or kabab) (Persian: کباب; Kabāb‎),(Urdu: کباب; Kabāb‎),(Arabic: کباب; Kabāb‎) is a Middle Eastern dish of pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables roasted or grilled on a skewer or spit originating in the Middle East.

There are three methods in which we prepare chicken kabab they are fried, grilled or cooked in charcoal. This is a fried version and it is the easy method and it tastes heavenly. Do try this quick & easy Fried Chicken Kabab Recipe!

Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken pieces - 250 gm
  • Onion - 1 (chopped)
  • Green chilly - 4 nos (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves - few
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts - 1/4 cup
  • Egg - 1 no (beaten)
  • Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegebetable oil - 3 cup

Method

Step 1

Take a bowl and add the chicken pieces, chopped onion, chopped green chilly, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, coriander leaves, vinegar, cashew nuts and salt.

Step 2

Grind these into a thick paste with mixer.

Step 3

Add salt, bread crumbs and beaten egg and mix well with your hands. If its very sticky add more bread crumbs to adjust.

Step 4

Refrigerate this mix at least for half an hour. Now make the shapes of kababs with this mix.

Step 5

Heat oil a pan and fry the kababs.

Step 6

Tasty fried chicken kabab is ready. Serve hot kabab with tomato sauce. Enjoy!!!
