Ingredients

  • Pineapple Rings - 5 pieces
  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Egg - 1 no
  • Water - as needed to make a thick batter
  • Oil - 2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Take a bowl and add flour, salt, baking powder, egg, sugar and mix it well.

Step 2

Add water into it and make a thick batter.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 4

Dip the pineapple slices in the batter and deep fry in oil until it turns golden brown on both sides.
