Green Gram Pizza Recipe – Healthy Veg Pizza Recipe

When one day I had a mood to try something different, I tried this recipe. It came out as a beautiful looking fusion vegetarian pizza.

Green gram is rich in protiens and some amount of veggie also go along. So over all its filled with nutrients too.

Ingredients

  • Green gram - 1 cup (soaked in water for 4 hours)
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tbsp
  • Water - 2 & 1/2 cup
  • Mozerella cheese - 1 cup greated
  • Tomato - 1 cup chopped
  • Onion - 1 cup chopped
  • Green chilli - as per taste
  • Chilli flakes - as per taste
  • Coriander leaves - a bunch
  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

First make green gram batter to make pizza base. Prepare the batter by grinding soaked green gram, cumin seeds salt and water.

Step 2

Make some pan cakes with green gram batter.

Step 3

Top the pan cakes with mozzarella cheese followed by tomato, onion, chillies and microwave for 20 seconds.

Step 4

Then garnish with coriander leaves. Now your delicious green gram pizza is ready to serve. Serve hot.
