Grilled Beef And Grilled Onion – Oil Free Recipe

Grilled beef steak with grilled onion is a homemade oil free recipe. Eventhough there is no oil the beef steak tastes awesome with grilled onions, green salad and black olives.

Ingredients

  • Beef steak - Sliced to 1 inch thick piece
  • Fresh Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onions - 4 nos

Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients (except onions) with beef (steak) in a pressure cooker.

Step 2

Cook beef (steak) for 10 minutes in high flame and switch of the flame and allow to cool.

Step 3

Grill the beef (steak) on an electric grill until steak turns black or as per your desired cooking time.

Step 4

You have to flip the beef atleast once during grilling so that both sides are uniformly done.

Step 5

Keep onions on the grill along with beef to make grilled onions.

Step 6

Now your "NO OIL" grilled beef steak with grilled onions is ready. Serve hot with green vegetables.

Step 7

Tip: You can keep cooked beef in fridge for next days meal or you can immediately grill after cooking in the pressure cooker. The cooked beef can be used for your barbeque party with friends at the beach side or park. Since the beef is already cooked the grilling time will be very less.
