Grilled Chicken with Grilled Marrow, Tomato and Onion is a healthy, tasty and simple dinner option.
If you marinate the chicken previous day, then preparation will take only 20 minutes.
Try this tasty grilled chicken recipe at your home!
- 1/2 kg chicken cut into pieces
- 1 tomato
- 2 marrow cut length wise
- 2 big onion cut into 4 pieces
- 2 green chilli
- To make the marinade:
- 3 tbsp soya sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- For Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Place the chicken pieces in a zip-lock plastic back. To the bag add soya sauce, lemon juice, pepper powder, olive oil and salt to taste.
Keep in fridge for marinating not less than 2 hours.
After 2 hours keep chicken outside refrigerator to bring the chicken to room temperature.
In an electric grill, grill the chicken for 15 minutes by turning each side.
In the left over chicken marinade mix the vegetables and grill the vegetables for 5 to 10 minutes.
After grilling of chicken, coat them with butter.
