When you think about grilled dishes always the non-veg dishes comes to mind. But here I have done grilled vegetable. Trust me its worth spending time. Both healthy and tasty!
You can use any vegetables you like.

Ingredients
- Potato - 1 big (Cut into thin pieces of your desired shapes)
- Cauliflower - 1 Cup (Separate the petals)
- Carrot - 2 carrots (Cut in round shape)
- Beans - 1 cup (Cut into 2 inch pieces)
- Red apples - 1 (Cut into cubes and remove skin) (Optional)
- Onion - 1 cup (Cut into cubes)
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Pepper - As per taste
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
Method
Step 1
Cut and wash all vegetables and apple. Add lemon juice, pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil and salt to vegetables. Mix well.
Step 2
Preheat the cooking range oven to 270 degree. Place the vegetables on the tray and grill for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes check if vegetables are done as per your taste. If not, grill for another 10 more minutes.
Step 3
Take out and mix with some more olive oil and serve hot with grilled chicken patties. (Will give recipe in another post)
