Ingredients

  • Watermelon - 5 pieces
  • Cucumber - 2 cucumber cut into pieces
  • For seasoning:
    Salt - As per taste
  • Chili flakes - As per taste
  • Honey - As per taste

Method

Step 1

On an electric grill, place cucumber and watermelon and grill one-side until it becomes light brown.

Step 2

Flip over and grill other side.

Step 3

Serve to a plate and add required salt and chili flake as per taste. Drizzle some honey on top and grab with other grilled items of meat, fish or vegetable.
