Ingredients

  • Instant coffee powder - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Water - 1/4 tsp

Method

Step 1

In a bowl put instant coffee powder and sugar. Add 1/4 tsp of water and mix it with a spoon. It should be crumbly and not very wet.

Step 2

Beat it with a fork or hand electric beater, incorporating as much air as possible to make a frothy fluffy paste. It should be creamy and whipped.

Step 3

Take a bowl and boil a cup of milk. Pour the boiled milk on the whipped coffee and sugar.

Step 4

Stir well quickly till all is combined and the top looks frothy and smooth.

Step 5

Tasty Indian Espresso Coffee is ready.

Step 6

Sprinkle some coffee powder and serve immediately.
