Ingredients
Heat 3 tsp ghee in a non stick pan and add chopped shallots and fry for 3 minutes. To this add the coconut milk and rice flour and stir continuously for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add banana pieces, milk, sugar and stir well for 5 minutes. Add cardamon powder, salt and mix well. Tasty kaai curry is ready. Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a pan and fry cashew nuts and raisins. Decorate the kaai curry with fried cashew nuts and raisins. Serve warm or refrigerated Kaai Curry / Pal vazhakka. Enjoy!!!Method
