Oats and Milk Drink

Quick & Easy Healthy Drink Recipe

Oats and milk drink is a simple and quick recipe. Those who want to avoid sugar do not add sugar. Still the drink taste awesome.

Oats and milk is a delicious, quick and easy food idea for Suhoor during Ramadan to boost your energy levels.

Ingredients

  • Fresh milk - 1 glass
  • Oats - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Almonds - 3 nos (for garnishing)

Method

Step 1

Boil milk and reduce the flame.

Step 2

Add oats to the boiling milk and stir until the oats is cooked.

Step 3

Add a pinch of salt to add taste.

Step 4

Optional: Add sugar as per your taste if required.

Step 5

Garnish with almonds and enjoy your Oats and Milk Drink as hot or cold!
