Try this quick and easy recipe at home.
- Oats - 100 gm
- Egg - 2 nos
- Onion - 1 no ( chopped )
- Green chilly - 2 no ( chopped )
- Capsicum - 1/2 piece ( chopped )
- Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Milk - 4 tsp
- Pepper powder - a pinch
- Coconut oil - 4 tsp
- Salt to taste
Take a bowl and add oats, beaten eggs, red chilly powder, chopped green chilly, chopped onion, chopped tomato, milk, pepper powder, chopped capsicum and salt. Mix well with a spoon.
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Pour the omelette mix into it and let it cook for 5 minutes on a low flame until the base is cooked.
Flip the omelette and let it cook for another few minutes. Switch off the flame.
Tasty Oats Omelette is ready.
