Here, I am sharing orange juice recipe with you.ย Orange is known for its health benefits, particularly its high concentration of Vitamin C which boosts the immune system of our body. Vitamin C being high in antioxidants, helps to build and repair the body cells and also prevents any damage.
Remove the peel from the orange, but always try to leave as much of the white skin on the orange as possible. The peel will produce a very sour taste if juiced, but the white skin contains a lot of nutrition.
I have added pineapple for more taste. It may take a couple of minutes to prepare this juice.
Ingredients
- Orange - 3 nos
- Lemon - 1 no
- Sugar - 3 tbspn
- Pineapple - 3 pieces
- Ice cubes - 5 nos
- Club soda - 1 cup
Method
Step 1
Clean the oranges and cut into two pieces. Squeeze juice from orange and lemon.
Step 2
In a blender add pineapple pieces, orange juice, lemon juice, ice cubes, sugar and blend it until smooth.
Step 3
Strain through a strainer. Pour juice to a serving glass. Healthy Orange Juice is ready to serve.
