Pacha manga chammanthi / mango chutney is an all time favourite chutney of my family.
Mango chutney tastes heavenly with hot rice gruel and it is very easy to prepare.
- Green mango - 1
- Shallots - 5 nos
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Dried red chillies - 5 nos
- Ginger - 1 small piece
- Curry leaves - few
- Salt to taste
Peel the skin off the green mango. Slice it into small pieces.
Put all the ingredients in a blender with salt and little water. Grind to smooth till all the ingredients are well combined. Tasty mango chammanthi is ready to serve.
