Ingredients
- Paneer - 250 gm
- Kashmiri Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Black Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Curd - 3 tsp
- Butter - 3 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Wash and cut paneer into cubes.
Step 2
Take a bowl and add chilli powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, curd, salt and make a paste.
Step 3
Marinate paneer pieces with the paste for minimum 15 minutes.
Step 4
Heat 3 table spoon of butter in a non-stick frying pan. Shallow fry the paneer pieces in low flame on both sides till it turns to golden colour.
Step 5
Remove from the flame and transfer it to a plate.
