Banana fritters are so easy to make. They are also very tasty and kid’s favorite snack too. There are so many versions of banana fritter batter recipes. Oats Coated Banana Fry is one among them.

Here, I am sharing Oats Coated Banana Fry recipe with you. Bananas are coated in rolled oats and fried until the outside is crispy and the inside smooth. Use ripe bananas which cook fast, so the outer covering don’t get burnt.

Fried bananas coated in a crispy oat crust is really a delicious simple snack. You must try this recipe!

Ingredients

  • Ripe banana - 3 nos
  • All purpose flour (maida) - 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - 3 cups
  • Egg - 1 no (beaten)
  • Water - 1/2 cup

Method

Step 1

Cut each banana into 4 pieces .

Step 2

Take a bowl mix together all purpose flour, corn flour, sugar, salt, egg and water.

Step 3

Now dip each banana piece in the batter and roll in oats.

Step 4

Heat the oil in a deep pan. Deep fry the banana piece in oil.

Step 5

Tasty Oats Coated Banana Fry is ready to be served.
