Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken - 300 gm
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
  • Egg - 1Nos
  • Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli sauce - 2tbsp
  • Tomato Sause- 2.5 tbsn
  • Dark Soya Sauce - 1 tbsn
  • Vinegar - 1tsn
  • Onion - 1nos
  • Capsicum - 1 nos
  • Oil - required

Method

Step 1

To Marinate, add corn flour, soya sauce, salt, ginger-garlic paste, Egg, pepper, and vinegar to the boneless chicken and make it a paste. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Deep fry the marinated Chicken pieces.

Step 3

For gravy, heat little oil in a pan and add grated garlic, green chili, and ginger paste. Then saute for a minute.

Step 4

Add sliced onion and capsicum into it and saute on medium flame.

Step 5

Add Soya Sauce, Red chilly Sauce, Tomato ketchup, and salt, and mix well.

Step 6

Then add the fried chicken to this gravy and mix well.

Step 7

Now the delicious chili chicken with gravy is ready to serve.
