Roasted jumbo prawns ( നാടൻ കൊഞ്ചു വരട്ടിയത് ) is a spicy side dish. It is very easy to prepare at home within minutes and can be served with hot rice, chapati or roti as a special side dish to the guests and other loved ones.

Ingredients
Clean the big prawns and marinate with 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and salt. Keep it aside for half an hour. Heat coconut oil in a pan shallow fry the big prawns for 5 minutes. In the same oil sort the sliced onion for 3 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and stir well. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tomato, mint leaves, coriander leaves, curry leaves and mix well.
Add fried big prawns, salt and cook in a low flame for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame. Tasty Roasted jumbo prawns is ready.Method
