Ingredients
- Chicken - 1/2 kg ( cut into small pieces )
- Ginger - garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
- Cornflour - 2 tbsp
- Egg - 1 no
- Bread Crumbs - 1 tbsp
- Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Coconut oil - 1 cup
- Curry leaves - 5 nos
- Water - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Take a bowl add all purpose flour, cornflour, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, vinegar, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, egg, water, garam masala and bread crumbs to a thick paste.
Step 2

Step 3
Marinate the chicken pieces with this masala and keep for minimum 20 minutes.
Step 4
Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces, curry leaves in medium flame for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame.
Step 5
When chicken is fried remove the chicken to a kitchen tissue and allow to drain all excess oil.
Step 6
Yummy Spicy Chicken Fry is ready.
