Ingredients
- Chicken Pieces - 250 gm
- Cornflour - 2 tbsp
- Red chilly power - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Egg - 1 no
- Bread crumbs - 200 gm
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Salt to taste
Method
Step 1
Clean and cut the chicken pieces into strips.
Step 2
Take a bowl and add cornflour, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and make it into a paste. Marinate the chicken strips with this paste and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Beat one egg and add this into the marinated chicken strips. Sprinkle bread crumbs in a plate.
Step 4
Take the chicken strips one by one and roll them over the bread crumbs.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips until golden brown and crispy. Switch off the flame. Drain the excess oil with a tissue paper.
Step 6
Yummy Spicy Chicken Strips is ready.
